Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Mine Compass. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. The following terms govern our return and refund procedures and apply to all transactions completed through our store. By finalizing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the conditions set forth herein.
Purchase Commitment & Order Finalization
All orders submitted through Mine Compass are initiated for processing immediately upon payment confirmation. In consideration of our fulfillment operations, once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been captured, the transaction is deemed final and binding. As such, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once this threshold has been reached.
Product Returns
Mine Compass operates under a selective returns framework. Returns are not accepted as a routine practice; however, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise on occasion. A return request may be submitted for review solely under the following conditions:
- The item arrives in a materially damaged condition or exhibits a manufacturing defect not attributable to customer handling or misuse
- The item remains unused, unaltered, and in its original, unopened packaging
- A valid proof of purchase accompanies the request
Requests that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for further review. To initiate a return inquiry, customers must reach out to our support team at help.minecompass@gmail.com within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Submissions received after this window has elapsed will not be considered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Should a product arrive in a condition that does not reflect what was ordered, or should it present a verifiable manufacturing defect, customers are encouraged to contact us at help.minecompass@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. All submissions must include the following:
- The order reference number associated with the transaction
- Clear, detailed photographic documentation of the issue as received
Upon review of the submitted materials, our team will assess the claim and may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement item where circumstances warrant. Please be advised that monetary reimbursements are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis. All resolution determinations remain at the exclusive discretion of Mine Compass.
Shipping & Handling Charges
All shipping and handling fees are assessed at the time of checkout and are considered non-refundable under any circumstances, including instances where a return request has been approved. In the event that a physical return is authorized, any associated return shipping costs shall be borne solely by the customer.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers seeking to cancel a placed order must submit a cancellation request within 12 hours of the original time of purchase. Requests received following this period may not be accommodated, as the order may have already entered an advanced stage of processing or dispatch. Mine Compass cannot guarantee cancellation or reimbursement for requests submitted outside of the applicable window.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By completing a transaction on our platform, customers affirm that they have reviewed, understood, and consented to the terms outlined in this policy. In the event that a payment dispute or chargeback is filed with a financial institution following a completed transaction that is compliant with these terms, Mine Compass reserves the right to formally respond to and contest such claims. This may include the submission of order documentation, shipment records, and policy acknowledgment as evidence to the relevant payment provider.

Shipping Policy
The following policy details the terms and procedures that govern the shipment and delivery of all orders placed with Mine Compass. We are dedicated to providing a reliable fulfillment experience and strongly encourage all customers to review these terms prior to completing a purchase.
Order Processing Times
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment verification. During periods of heightened demand, promotional events, or observed holidays, processing timelines may be subject to a brief extension. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation to their registered email address containing applicable tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The following delivery windows are provided as general estimates and are subject to variation based on destination, carrier scheduling, and external factors outside of our operational control:
- Domestic (United States): 7 to 18 business days
- International Orders: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and do not represent guaranteed delivery commitments. Actual delivery dates may vary as a result of carrier volume, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other logistical variables beyond our control.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking reference number will be issued to the customer's registered email address upon order dispatch. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking activity to become visible within the designated carrier's system. All tracking updates are administered by the shipping carrier and may, on occasion, experience delays in scan frequency or data synchronization.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Outcomes
Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the designated shipping carrier, all routing, handling, and final delivery activities fall within the operational jurisdiction of that carrier. Mine Compass does not retain control over the shipment once it has been accepted into the carrier's network.
Mine Compass shall not be held liable for shipments that are:
- Lost or misdirected during the course of transit
- Delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout
- Confirmed as delivered by the carrier but not received by the intended recipient
- Delayed due to carrier operations, customs processing requirements, or other external logistical circumstances
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date. Once an order has been submitted, Mine Compass cannot guarantee its ability to modify the designated delivery address. We assume no liability for non-delivery or misdelivery arising from an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
Carrier Inquiries & Investigations
In the event of a reported delivery issue, Mine Compass may, at its discretion, submit a formal inquiry to the relevant shipping carrier on the customer's behalf. Carrier-led investigations may require several business days to reach a conclusion, and all outcomes are determined solely by the carrier. While Mine Compass will make reasonable efforts to assist in facilitating such inquiries, we are unable to guarantee any particular resolution or timeline.
Split Shipments
Certain orders may be fulfilled across multiple shipments depending on product availability or warehouse allocation at the time of processing. In such cases, customers will receive individual tracking references corresponding to each shipment. Delivery timeframes may differ between packages within the same order.
